Russian Ambassador to the United Nations

  "If children's suffering can be used against Russia, it immediately becomes an international scandal, but when children die due to the deliberate actions of the Kyiv regime, the tragedy disappears behind reservations and doubts," said Vasily Nebenzya, commenting on the West's reaction to the tragedy in Starobilsk.
